- Seller: Loa Loa Culture And Dining Joint Stock Company (LOALOA Show), the entity that provides and sells tickets for an artistic performance combined with a premium dining experience through loaloashow.com.
- Buyer: The customer, whether an individual or an organisation, who purchases tickets to attend the programme through loaloashow.com.
2. Ticket Pricing
Ticket prices displayed on loaloashow.com include value-added tax (VAT) in accordance with applicable law. Ticket prices may be updated from time to time depending on LOALOA Show’s promotional policies, but the price will be fixed at the time the customer completes the transaction. Customers should carefully review the performance, ticket category, number of tickets and total payment amount before completing the purchase.
3. Online Ticket Purchasing Process
The online ticket purchasing process on loaloashow.com consists of the following steps:
Step 1: Select Ticket Details
Customers access loaloashow.com and select the following booking details:
- Date and performance: Select the preferred performance date and time slot.
- Ticket category and seat: Select the ticket category and seating position shown on the seating map.
- Number of tickets: Specify the number of tickets required.
- Promotional code, if applicable: Enter a discount code or voucher to apply the relevant deduction to the total payment amount.

Step 2: Provide Customer Information

Step 5: Check In for the Programme
Upon arrival at LOALOA Show, customers must present the QR Code at the check-in counter. The QR Code will be used to verify the ticket and exchange it for an admission ticket or wristband in accordance with the instructions provided by programme staff.
4. Regulations for Attending LOALOA Show
To ensure that every guest enjoys a complete and well-organised dining and artistic experience, LOALOA Show kindly asks customers to observe the following regulations:
- Please arrive 30 to 60 minutes before the scheduled performance time to complete check-in procedures, receive your admission pass and settle into your seat before the evening programme begins.
- The programme is suitable for guests aged seven and above. Children aged seven and above are charged the same ticket price as adults and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the performance.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- Please switch off the flash when taking photographs and do not livestream the programme, so that the performance environment remains enjoyable for the artists and other audience members.
- As the programme is held within the grounds of the Special National Relic Independence Palace, guests must comply with all applicable security and site-protection regulations and must not enter restricted or clearly marked prohibited areas without authorisation.
