This Ticket Delivery and Service Provision Policy sets out the principles, methods and procedures relating to the issuance and delivery of electronic tickets, as well as customers’ receipt and use of services after completing a ticket purchase for the programme.
This Policy is intended to ensure transparency and consistency throughout the service delivery process, helping customers receive their tickets quickly and conveniently and complete the verification process efficiently at the programme venue.
1. Ticket Delivery Methods
After successful payment, LOALOA Show delivers tickets electronically in the form of an E-ticket or QR Code.
Ticket information will be sent to customers through the following channels:
- The Email address provided by the customer during booking;
- A Zalo message sent to the telephone number registered by the customer.
The E-ticket or QR Code serves as the basis for LOALOA Show to verify the booking information, confirm the transaction and admit the customer at the programme venue.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and telephone number during the booking process to ensure that they receive their ticket information.
LOALOA Show does not provide home delivery of printed tickets. All tickets are issued and delivered electronically.
2. Electronic Ticket Receipt Process
Once the transaction has been confirmed as valid in the system, the E-ticket or QR Code will be issued and sent to the email address and Zalo account registered by the customer.
After receiving the ticket, customers should:
- Check the information shown on the E-ticket;
- Save the E-ticket or QR Code on a personal device;
- Keep the ticket code secure until the verification process has been completed;
- Present the QR Code at the reception desk before the performance begins.
Customers should not publicly share their E-ticket or QR Code with other parties, in order to reduce the risk of unauthorised use.
3. Service Receipt and Use Process
To attend the programme, customers must bring the QR Code they received to the LOALOA Show venue at:
Independence Palace grounds, 108 Nguyen Du Street, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Customers should arrive 30 to 60 minutes before the performance to complete the verification procedure, receive their admission pass and settle into their assigned seats in accordance with the following process:
- Step 1: Proceed to the LOALOA Show reception area at the programme venue.
- Step 2: Open the E-ticket or QR Code received by email or Zalo and present it to the responsible staff member. The QR Code may be displayed directly on the customer’s mobile phone or other personal electronic device.
- Step 3: LOALOA Show staff will scan the QR Code and verify the information in the system, including payment status, the booked performance, ticket category, number of tickets and the customer’s right to attend the programme.
- Step 4: Once the information has been successfully verified, the customer will receive an admission ticket and instructions for the next procedures at the venue.
If the customer’s personal device cannot display the QR Code due to a technical issue, such as a depleted battery, damaged screen or loss of internet connection, the customer should provide the full name, telephone number or email address used for the booking at the reception desk. Staff will then assist with manual verification through the internal system.
Compliance with the ticket delivery and admission procedures helps ensure a complete, convenient and seamless experience for customers attending LOALOA Show. We continuously work to improve our systems and services to provide every customer with a professional, efficient and reassuring experience throughout their visit.
